🩺 What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (고압산소치료)?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a treatment that allows you to inhale 100% oxygen in a chamber (hyperbaric oxygen device) where the pressure is increased. When oxygen is supplied in an environment with higher pressure than normal atmospheric pressure (1.5 to 3 atmospheres), the amount of dissolved oxygen in the blood rapidly increases, allowing more oxygen to be delivered to the body's tissues. This helps in the recovery of damaged tissues, reduction of inflammation, activation of immune functions, and promotion of antioxidant actions.
